Refund policy

If you would like to return any item you can do so within 30 days of the delivery date. Please send it to the following address and make sure you include a slip with your order number inside.

All items being returned must be clean, unworn, and in the same condition as when they left our warehouse, in their original packaging. Items that arrive soiled, worn, or without their original packaging cannot be accepted and will be denied return. In such cases, the product will be returned to you at your own cost. This policy is in line with the Health and Safety at Work Act 1974.

Refunds will be processed within 5 working days from when we have received your products. It can take up to 10 working days for the refund to show in your bank account.

You will be required to pay return postage for an item unless it arrives damaged or faulty in which case we will require photographic evidence. If this occurs email us at info@mycolorwoof.com.

Original postage costs will not be refunded unless an item is damaged or faulty. 

Our products are designed for everyday walks and adventures. Damage caused by chewing, misuse, accidental damage, improper handling, alterations or general wear and tear is not considered a manufacturing fault. 

If you choose to return your item using untracked delivery then please ensure you get proof of postage or else we cannot be held responsible if the item goes missing on its return.

You can exchange items. Please drop us an email at info@mycolorwoof.com and make sure your return is in line with our return policy above. Then we will send a replacement out free of charge. Please send your order back to the address below including a note with your name, order number and exchange request.
